DM Garg began his inspection from पण्डी गांव, where he interacted directly with villagers and grasped the severity of the drinking water crisis. Immediate instructions were issued to:

- Prepare a comprehensive action plan for permanent water supply.
- If any issue arises related to permissions, funding, or NOC, it must be escalated to the DM or CDO directly.

- Work in mission mode with close coordination.

DM Garg found:
- Teachers absent without notice.
- Negligence in mid-day meal distribution.

- Basic Shiksha Adhikari (BSA) directed for strict monitoring.
- Block Education Officer summoned at the evening camp office.

- Sub-divisional Magistrate को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि पूरी strategy तैयार करें और उसे लिखित रूप में प्रस्तुत करें।
- Solutions को execution-ready बनाने की जिम्मेदारी प्रशासन की।

DM और CDO ने ग्रामीणों से सीधा संवाद किया, उनकी समस्याओं को सुना और मौके पर ही:
- संबंधित अधिकारियों को बुलाया
